Thirteen Hours
From Mountain Fever Studio in Floyd, VA, 2008, produced by Mike Mitchell. After years of touring with rock bands, a brain tumor took away his ability to play, but Mike took it as an opportunity to relearn his beloved instrument, this time as a fiddle player. Featuring many of Virginia's finest musicians, including Sammy Shelor of the Lonesome River Band, Thirteen Hours is a fine blend of original songs, fiddle tunes, and old country standards.
